Following this premise, the management of MONTEALBOR opted at the time for the implementation of a quality system according to ISO 9.0001:2008 in order to ensure a satisfactory work and to provide a product adequate to the demands and expectations of consumers. To achieve that, the main focus was the optimization and continuous improvement of the resources of the company, including the human team that manages them.

With the sincere commitment to follow up and control all our actions, our sole purpose is to find and implement improvement alternatives that revert to a greater attention to the needs of consumers who place their trust in MONTEALBOR.
