Ingredients:
- Salt 300 g
- 1 kg small potatoes
- Mojo picón sauce Montealbor
Elaboration:
- Place the potatoes in a pot with the salt. Cover them with water not surpassing the potatoes.
- Boil them for 20-30 minutes.
- Once they are boiled, place them in an oven tray and allow them to dry for 2-3 minutes.
- Cut them in 4 pieces and place them in a plate.
- Add them Mojo picón sauce.
- Serve them.
